1. Contact Big Event Productions with your event date(s), demographic information on your audience, the amount of your talent and production budget, and the names of the national talent artists you are interested in if you already have any.
2. Based on your criteria we will then research artist availability with each artist exclusive agent and report accurate information back to you quickly.
3. You then decide on which national talent artist you want as your first choice and fax us back a signed Offer Form.
4. Big Event Productions will then follow up with the artist’s agent and negotiate for a quick reply on your behalf.
5. If the offer is accepted, Big Event Productions will review the Artist Contract and Rider and make the necessary changes representing YOUR interest.
6. Big Event Productions will then contract local Production based on the Artist Rider needs.
7. A Representative of Big Event Productions will arrange ALL of the details and logistics and will be on site prior to the Production load in through the artist’s performance and load out. You show up and enjoy the evening with your colleagues without any worries, because we’ll have everything under control!
